At Hayat Gold, your satisfaction means everything to us. We take pride in delivering pure, farm-fresh Desi Ghee from our own dairy, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🧈 Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product you received is damaged, leaked, or incorrect.

  • You contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photo proof.

Because ghee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns once the seal is broken or the jar/tin has been opened.

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or via bank transfer for COD orders.

  • If you prefer, we can also offer store credit or product replacement instead of a refund.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used jars

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Promotional or discounted items
