At Hayat Gold, your satisfaction means everything to us. We take pride in delivering pure, farm-fresh Desi Ghee from our own dairy, but if something isnβt right, weβre here to help.
We accept returns only if:
The product you received is damaged, leaked, or incorrect.
You contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photo proof.
Because ghee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns once the seal is broken or the jar/tin has been opened.

Once your return request is approved:
Refunds are processed within 5β7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or via bank transfer for COD orders.
If you prefer, we can also offer store credit or product replacement instead of a refund.
