Welcome to Hayat Gold. By using hayatgold.pk or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you order.

1. About us

This website is owned and operated by Hayat Gold (Hayat Dairy, Maddan Philla, Noshera Virkan Road, Hafizabad, Pakistan).

2. Using this website

  • By using this site, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or are using it with a parent or guardian.
  • We may update the website, our products or these terms at any time. The version on this page applies to your order on the date you place it.

3. Products

  • Hayat Gold Desi Ghee is made from fresh makhan from Hayat Dairy, with no added colour, essence, vegetable oil or preservatives.
  • Ghee is a natural product. Its colour and texture can vary slightly between batches and with temperature. Photos are for illustration.
  • Ghee is a dairy product. Please don't use it if you have a milk allergy.

4. Orders

  • An order is confirmed when we accept it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price is shown incorrectly, or the order looks fraudulent. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.
  • You can cancel free of charge before dispatch. See our Refund Policy.

5. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • We accept Cash on Delivery, and other payment methods where they are offered at checkout.
  • Prices may change, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

6. Delivery

Delivery charges and times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Please give accurate delivery details.

7. Returns and refunds

Damaged, leaking, wrong or missing items reported within 3 days of delivery are replaced or refunded. Opened jars can't be returned otherwise. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

8. Storage and use

Keep the lid closed and store the jar in a cool, dry place, using a dry spoon. Best used within 6 months of opening. We are not responsible for problems caused by improper storage after delivery.

9. Privacy

We use your details to process and deliver your order and to support you. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

10. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Pakistani consumer protection law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
